I’ve turned red & itchy with other pre-workouts, but this one wan’t too bad. Since I mostly workout in the mornings, I was a bit nervous about having the Pre-Workout on an empty stomach. I also find it a lot easier for me to wake up in the morning, do a quick 10-15 minute workout to get my metabolism going, and get ready for work.

I’ve been doing about 15 minutes of BBG during my training since I can’t manage the full 28 without being too sore so this seemed like a great addition to my plan. One thing I was super excited about was that the workouts are all less than 15 minutes.
